Quick answers π
The things dog parents ask us most about shipping.
How long does shipping take? βΈ
Delivery takes 7β13 business days from the moment your order ships. If your order includes a custom name patch or phone number, add 3β5 business days of production first β good things (and perfect stitching) take a little time.
I placed my order but haven't gotten a shipping email yet β did it ship? βΈ
You'll get a shipping-confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Personalized orders spend 3β5 business days in production first, so a short quiet period after ordering is completely normal. (Also worth a peek in your spam folder β those emails love to hide there.)
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days β should I worry? βΈ
Usually not! Tracking updates can lag 1β3 days behind the package itself, especially while it's moving between carriers β it's almost always still on its way to you. If nothing has moved for 10+ days, email us and we'll chase it down for you.
It says "Delivered," but I don't see my package anywhere. βΈ
Carriers sometimes scan a package "delivered" a little early, or tuck it somewhere creative. Check with household members and neighbors, around the porch, mailbox area, or building mailroom β most packages turn up within a few days. If it hasn't appeared within 5 business days of the delivered scan, email us and we'll open an investigation right away.
I made a mistake in my shipping address β can I fix it? βΈ
Email us as soon as possible at info@betterdoglife.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet we'll update it, and if it's already on the move we'll do everything we can to get it sorted.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package? βΈ
Some orders ship in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number β so part of your order may arrive before the rest. Enter your order number above and you'll see every package and where each one is right now.
